EUROPEAN UNION REGISTRATION, EVALUATION, AUTHORIZATION AND RESTRICTION OF CHEMICALS (REACH) STATEMENT

All Electronics Hardware, Inc. is aware of the REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals Regulation, EC 1907/2006 Article 33), the European Union regulation that is intended to regulate the use and importation of chemicals and substances into the European Union.

As a manufacturer of "articles" which do not intentionally release chemical substances, All Electronics Hardware, Inc. is not subject to the REACH regulation's registration requirements. All Electronics Hardware, Inc. is not involved in the manufacture of any chemicals, and it is the legal responsibility of our material suppliers to ensure the chemicals used are registered with the European Chemical Agency (ECHA).

On December 19, 2011 the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) updated its list of Substances of Very High Concern. Based on the information received from our material suppliers, we believe All Electronics Hardware, Inc. complies with the Reach directive.
