EUROPEAN UNION REGISTRATION, EVALUATION, AUTHORIZATION
AND RESTRICTION OF CHEMICALS (REACH ) STATEMENT

All Electronics Hardware, Inc is aware of the REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals Regulation, EC 1907/2006), the European Union regulation that is intended to regulate the use and importation of chemicals and substances into the European Union.

As a manufacturer of "articles" which do not intentionally release chemical substances, All Electronics Hardware is not subject to the REACH regulation's registration requirements. All Electronics Hardware is not involved in the manufacture of any chemicals, and it is the legal responsibility of our material suppliers to ensure the chemicals used are registered with the European Chemical Agency (ECHA).
